Insurance Plans:
We accept all major insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem Help Keepers, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Federal Medicare, HealthNet (Tricare), Humana, Optima Sentara, RailRoad Medicare, Tricare East, United Healthcare, with more added each year.
Uninsured patients are welcome to call to get an estimate for the issues they wish to have addressed. If you are an uninsured patient, payment is due the day of the visit.
We DO NOT participate with any Medicaid plans.
Referrals
If your insurance plan requires you to have a referral prior to your visit please bring it with you to your appointment or call for alternate delivery methods.
Co-payments and Billing:
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and Care Credit, but we are not able to accept cash at the office.
All medical billing is processed at our business office in Boca Raton. If you have questions on your bill, call the office or send an email via our Contact Us page and we’ll connect you with the appropriate member of the billing department.
We eScript faxing your prescription to your pharmacy at the close of your visit. Our patient care team are able to print out your prescription to fill and save at warehouse pharmacies and online saving sites.
