  • Sunscreen Everyday - indoors and outdoors
  • Reapply Every 2 hours - exposed to windows or outside
  • Avoid indoor tanning - UV rays add-up whether cloudy, sunny, tanning beds, LED-light
  • Protective clothing - exposed to windows or outside
